In which Zuko is HILARIOUS.
Zuko: What would Uncle do??
Zuko as uncle: Zuko, you have to look within yourself to save yourself from your other self. Only then will your true self reveal itself.
Zuko: Even when I'm talking for him I can't figure out what he means. What would Azula do?
Zuko as Azula: Listen Avatar, I can join your group or I can do something unspeakably horrible to you and your friends. Your choice.
I’m excited to share this with you guys: part 1 of a series of Legend of Korra Book 1 foley demos. All the sound you hear, with the exception of dialogue, is foley. I urge you to listen with headphones or on a decent set of speakers. Look out for the other two parts coming soon!
EDIT: Quite a few people are curious about the bloodbending foley; we used cabbage and celery to get the twisty tensiony sound, and then I EQed the high frequencies out to make it sound more muffled and internal.
For the final mix, the foley was added to Ben’s bloodbending fx, and if I’m not mistaken, he also used veggies, combined with some other stuff. We could have made a bloodbending soup with all that produce!
So. Cool.

Avatar is full of strong female characters, but I’ll have to go with Toph on this one because she’s not just strong in the literal sense, but she has a disregard for the opinions of others that I admire and try to express in my own life.
She’s also sassy and hilarious
And she even invented her own form of bending
